Cancel or change a plan
Open the app → Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. That opens Apple or Google Play. We cannot cancel a store subscription from our side. Details: Pricing.
Restore purchases
Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account that paid.
Delete your account
Settings → Delete account. If a plan is still auto-renewing, cancel it in the store first. Full steps: Delete account.
Forgot your password
Open the app → Sign in → Forgot password? We email a link that opens scanmyreceipt.com/auth/reset. Set a new password there, then sign in on your phone.
